HMS HHW11 PLUS SIZE is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage protrusions and rotating weight.

The function of the HMS HHW11 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 26 identical parts that fit together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which will then create a circle with an inner diameter of 20 centimeters, if you connect all 26 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 42 centimeters. The HHW11 model is suitable for waist circumference from 60 to 126 centimeters. The individual parts hide a rail into which the anchor, fitted with four wheels with ball bearings, is inserted before closing. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 20 to 30 centimeters, by changing the length of the string, the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is adjusted - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is sufficient loose, but at the same time so that it does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop is locked using the connecting part, which is equipped with levers for controlling the lock. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The HHW11 hoop is equipped with massage surfaces on the inside, which pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string and the speed with which we twist the hips.

Regular use of HMS HHW11 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fat tissue in the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.

The individual parts of the hoop are made of high-quality ABS, the weight is covered with rubber and filled with sand.
