HMS HHW09 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage protrusions and rotating weights.
The function of the HMS HHW09 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 16 identical parts that fit together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which will then create a circle with an inner diameter of 24 centimeters, if you connect all 16 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 29 centimeters. The HHW09 model is suitable for a waist circumference from 76 to 91 centimeters. The individual parts hide a rail into which, before closing, an anchor with a counter, fitted with four ball bearings, is inserted. The counter display shows the number of times the anchor circled the hoop. A weight weighing 380 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 22 to 38 centimeters, by changing the length of the string, the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is adjusted - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time it does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop is locked using the connecting part, which is equipped with a lever for controlling the lock. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The HHW09 hoop is equipped with massage protrusions on the inside with springs that dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string and the speed with which we twist our hips.
Regular use of HMS HHW09 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces the fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual parts of the hoop are made of high-quality PVC, the weight is covered with rubber and filled with sand.
