HMS HHM14 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage magnetic protrusions and rotating weight.

The function of the HHM14 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 21 identical parts that fit together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 11 pieces. The HHM14 model is suitable for waist circumference from 76 to 113 centimeters. The individual parts hide a rail into which the anchor, fitted with four wheels with ball bearings, is inserted before closing. A weight weighing 380 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 16 to 32 centimeters, by changing the length of the string, the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is adjusted - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time it does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop closes. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The HHM14 hoop is equipped with massage magnetic protrusions on the inside, which pleasantly massage the waist area. Magnets are negatively polarized and their magnetic field has a positive effect on supporting metabolism. The intensity of the training is influenced by the speed with which we twist our hips.

The large LCD display located on the anchor shows information about the training time, the number of calories burned, the number of laps and the speed of the lap. The data can be used to control training and to monitor fitness.
