FH04 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage protrusions and rotating weights.
The function of the FH04 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 20 identical parts that fit together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 13 pieces. The FH04 model is suitable for a waist circumference from 63 to 104 centimeters. The individual parts hide a rail into which the anchor, fitted with four wheels with ball bearings, is inserted before closing. A weight of 320 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable string. The string can be adjusted to a length of 15 to 30 centimeters, by changing the length of the string, the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is adjusted - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time it does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop closes. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The FH04 hoop is equipped with massage protrusions on the inside, which dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the speed with which we twist our hips.
The counter display, located in one part of the hoop, shows the number of times the hoop has been circled by the anchor.
Regular use of FH04 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fat tissue in the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual parts of the hoop are made of high-quality PVC and ABS.
