FH02 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage protrusions and rotating weights.
The function of the FH02 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 13 identical parts that fit together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 11 pieces. The FH02 model is suitable for a waist circumference of 50 to 95 centimeters. The individual parts hide a rail into which the anchor, fitted with four wheels with ball bearings, is inserted before closing. The counter display shows the number of times the anchor circled the hoop. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor.
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the circumference of the waist so that it is loose enough, but at the same time it does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the hoop closes. The weights will then "throw" in the direction in which we will twist our hips and start training. The FH02 hoop is equipped with massage protrusions on the inside, which dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the speed with which we twist our hips.
Regular use of FH02 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fat tissue in the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
The individual parts of the hoop are made of high-quality PVC and ABS.
