The HMS ZM1901 rowing machine is characterized by quiet operation, easy operation and the possibility of lowering the rail. rubber rope guided inside the rail along which the seat moves. The load regulation itself is carried out in 8 stages using a mechanical selector, which changes the distance between the magnet and the 8-kilogram load wheel, which is connected to the winch. This system is maintenance-free and silent.
All data for the necessary training evaluation is displayed on the LCD display with dimensions of 77 x 43 millimeters. The computer measures training time, distance, number of pull-ups and, after connecting a telemetry belt (not included in the product), calories burned and heart rate. Using the "MODE" button, you can scroll between individual data or you can select the "Scan" function, which gradually displays all measured values in short intervals.
The ZM1901 model is equipped with a comfortable seat for comfortable training during classic rowing. In the front part of the trainer there are pedals, with which you can use the trainer for standing training, where you mainly strengthen the biceps with the rope pulls.
The stabilizer of the trainer is fitted with transport wheels for easy moving of the machine. For really easy storage, the rail of the trainer can be raised to an almost vertical position and thus save about 2/3 of the occupied space.
Training on the rowing trainer itself engages up to 84% of the muscle parts in movement and is classified as cardio training - it also strengthens the cardiovascular system.
