Half Balls with grooves with a diameter of 14 cm are used for balance training, improve coordination, flexibility and perception. They allow a more stable fixation to the floor, and by varying the pressure of this device, one can easily and effectively change the degree of difficulty of the exercise. Half Ball hemispheres are ideal for ski training, preparation of sports teams and rehabilitation in physiotherapy.
