HMS Premium LSR8311 combines a classic bench, an inclined bench, a bench with biceps support (prayer box) and hyperextension.
The backrest can be adjusted to 3 positions, most exercises with dumbbells can be performed on the bench in a horizontal position, if the backrest is set to a negative angle, then we get an inclined bench to strengthen the abdomen.
The thigh support, or prayer table, is height adjustable to 7 positions with a rebound of 2.5 centimeters. If we sit on a bench, the support serves as a prayer book to strengthen the biceps. If we lean our thighs on the support and put our calves under the stops, then we get hyperextension to strengthen the back muscles.
The supports are made of a rough board equipped with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during training. The padding is made of artificial leather with a carbon look, is sweat-resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
The foot stop with foam rollers is adjustable to 4 positions. The handle under the prayer book is used for training push-ups.
