HMS KRM 20 is a neoprene adjustable kettlebell. Easy and simple load adjustment is the main advantage of this kettlebell. Also, the fact that you can set more weights for one dumbbell is very welcome. The weights are made of neoprene, which is filled with sand, which prevents injury or damage to things in the vicinity. Please note: all weights are in pounds (lbs). 1 pound = 0.45 kg
