The HMS KR40 is an adjustable kettlebell. Easy and simple load adjustment is the main advantage of this kettlebell. With the barbell, thanks to the regulation on the top side, you can easily set the value for the exercise. The range from 3 to 17 kg is fully sufficient for home exercises. A big plus is the wide non-slip handle with a diameter of 3 cm. Please note: all weights are in pounds (lbs). 1 pound = 0.45 kg
