HMS SG03 refers to a barbell that should not be missing in any home gym.
The axis of the loading barbell is 35 centimeters long. The loading part is threaded and its diameter is 30 millimeters. Loaded weights are secured with a nut that is equipped with a rubber strip that prevents the nut from loosening after tightening. The grip of the dumbbell is grooved. The discs are made of cast iron.
