Recommended dosage: Drink before and during exercise. Use: the dilution ratio for the ISOtonic drink is 1 tablet in 250 ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm/kg), the dilution ratio for the HYPOtonic drink is 1 tablet in 375 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). After opening, store at 25°C and use within 3 months.
