Durable heat-treated meat product. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store at room temperature. After opening, use within 48 hours. Any white coating on the product is not a quality defect. The oxygen absorber inside the packaging is not intended for consumption (INDIANA Salami Snack Original 18g does not contain an absorber).

How are jerky dried?
- Pieces of high-quality meat are removed from fatty parts and tendons and cut into thin slices.
- The meat is in "massager" marinated according to a secret recipe.
- Then it is placed by hand on grates.
- The slices of meat are dried for several hours at different temperatures and finally smoked naturally.
- This is followed by mechanical slicing and then weighing on a vibrating scale, divided into bags with an oxygen absorber and everything is finally packed in a protective atmosphere. At the end, the Jerky goes through an exit inspection and the bags are assembled into displays and cartons. The whole process is under constant veterinary supervision.< /li>
