Roman bench or hyperextension MARBO Sport MH-L116 2.0 is used for intensive strengthening of back and gluteal muscles. The backrest is height adjustable to 5 positions in the range of 96 - 114 cm, the leg stops have 2 positions, so the bench can be adjusted exactly according to your needs. The handles make it easy to get into the right position quickly. After loosening a single screw, the structure can be easily assembled. Hyperextension exercises prevent, among other things, back pain caused by weak muscles of the lumbar spine.
The construction is made of a 40 x 40 mm steel profile, thanks to which it has a load capacity of up to 120 kilograms. Individual parts are made on precise, programmable CNC machines, this production process is a guarantee of trouble-free assembly.
