Monkey Rigs is a very cleverly thought out modular system for every gym. Thanks to the wide number of components and accessories, you can adapt it exactly to your needs, whether you are doing fitness, strength training, functional training, cardio, or you just want to expand the training options in your home gym. Installation is carried out either in the wall or as a free-standing "cage" in the floor.
The MARBO Sport MFT-A016 bar has handles that rotate and move freely on the bar. This design contributes to a higher training intensity and to improving coordination. Assembly is done by inserting the crossbar between the racks and securing it with screws from the sides.
