Basic exercises with the DDG03 bar

After unpacking the barbell from the box, you can at the end of the crossbar, put on additional braces that are fitted with non-slip pads and a strong spring that pushes the pads against the door frame or the wall. The use of these struts increases the load-bearing capacity and safety of the trapeze. If we want to install the bar in narrow door frames, we can make do with basic pads, which have dimensions of 6.3 x 15 centimeters and in themselves guarantee maximum training safety. We then place the bar between the door frames and start turning the middle part, which causes the bar to expand until it is firmly installed in place.
