During hikes and trips in nature, they provide additional support, for example in mud. They are made of strong and light PE material, their total diameter is 5 cm and the hole diameter is 14 mm. The package contains 1 pair of plates. These replacement plates are suitable for Cane 21SV trekking poles and Nordic Walking 21SR poles, which you can also find in our e-shop if you don't have the poles yet.
