The HMS YB01N gymnastic ball is an essential tool for strengthening the center of the body and improving balance. Its unique surface enables a variety of exercises with an emphasis on stability and flexibility. You will strengthen your muscles and improve your posture.
The very high efficiency of exercises with the ball is achieved due to its shape - an unstable base. Training on the ball thus activates the postural muscles (abdomen, back, hips, buttocks), which have the task of keeping the body and the ball in the desired position. The gymnastic ball is made of very durable rubber with a non-slip surface. The package includes a hand pump that can be used to inflate the ball, a plug and a device for removing the plug from the ball.
