Gymnastic rings HMS Premium TX08 are an ideal helper for training with your own weight, especially the upper half of the body. Exercising with rings requires strength, coordination and a lot of practice - instability requires more strength than e.g. exercising on a machine, so you train your muscles and coordination more effectively.

The rings themselves are made of selected wood, which guarantees long life and durability. Straps with box ends are also included. Seams are sewn using the highest quality thread. To easily set the same height of both rings, the straps are equipped with a numerical scale.
