HMS EXB02 is a set of two ankle belts and 4 pieces of rubber ropes, using their combinations to adjust the load. The EXB02 set is used, for example, during striking training with a sparring partner when you need to dodge, the expander attached to the ankles strengthens the leg muscles, improves stability and also helps to build a stronger stance, in which the strike has more energy.
Individual dispensers can also be used as an alternative to resistance bands with a length of 40 and 45 centimeters.
