The Merco Excellent crank rest has been slightly modified and improved for even more effective strengthening. Merco Excellent Plus is a multi-functional push-up board complete with a pair of resistance bands. By attaching elastic latex ropes with handles to the pull rings on the board, you can enrich your training fitness program with additional exercises. Exercise the muscles of the upper body, especially the muscles of the shoulders, chest and back, etc. By simply placing the supports in the color-coded positions on the board, your training can begin. Excellent Plus offers ten different positions for placing the backrests.
