The multifunctional Merco Excellent push-up plate is intended for exercising and strengthening the triceps, chest and back. Simply adjust the included supports according to the color-coded positions on the board and you can start exercising. Both the board and the supports are made of durable ABS plastic, the supports are equipped with silicone anti-slip handles. The Excellent training board has dimensions (L x W x H) of 60 x 18 x 2 cm and weighs less than 1.1 kg, the handles of the supports are 13 cm wide. The board offers 10 exercise position settings: 2 for shoulders (red color), 3 for triceps (green color), 3 for chest (blue color) and 2 for back (yellow color).
