The HMS Premium H5815 elliptical trainer belongs to the Semi Commercial category and can therefore be used both in a home gym and in private clubs and hotel gyms. The biggest advantage of the model is the load system, which combines the classic, magnetic brake with the wind resistance known from Air Bikes. The combination of magnetic and linear load together with the 8 kilogram load wheel ensure a smooth movement that is not possible with a regular trainer.
The load is generated by a paddle wheel that resembles a fan, its blades are perpendicular to the direction of movement and during rotation air resistance is used. The load is directly proportional to the number of revolutions of the paddle wheel, clearly written - the faster you pedal, the greater the load.
The magnetic brake is basically a strong magnet that changes its distance from the load wheel with the help of an electric motor and thus the load changes. The regulation of the magnetic brake has 24 positions and is automatically regulated by a computer depending on the progress of individual programs.
The combination of both systems enables absolutely accurate adaptation of the load to current needs or requirements.
The H5815 trainer is equipped with a modern computer with a clear LCD display that displays all data on one panel without the need to switch them. The individual fields display the number of revolutions per minute, training time, heart rate (if the load changes, its value), distance, burned calories, power and speed. The display in the middle shows the progress of the currently selected program.
On the keyboard there are buttons for the Recovery program, Reset, or return to the main menu, mode selection, browsing individual programs, a program for measuring body fat, a pair of buttons for changing the load and a start button , or pausing training.
On the console we also find a mobile phone holder.
The elliptical trainer H5815 is equipped with a total of 22 programs: 12 built-in, 4 user, HRC, WATT and Recovery.
