The Easy step crate is an exercise aid suitable for shaping and strengthening the muscles of the buttocks and lower limbs. It is made of solid plastic, with a non-slip surface. The box can be adjusted to a height of 10 or 15 cm as needed, so you can regulate the difficulty of the exercise yourself. It is a vertical training where the exerciser overcomes stepping up to the step and descending back to the mat. This results in a different load on the muscles of the lower half of the body than in regular aerobics. The Easy Step crate is intended for a maximum load of 120 kg.
