The spare door anchor serves as a replacement for the suspension system, but you can also use it as a spare part for the suspension system. Complements the use of expanders and resistance rubbers. You can exercise in almost the same way as on a hanging system. You pass the end with the stronger cylinder behind the door, which you then close. We recommend locking the door as well. On the other side of this tool, you clamp the given expander or resistance rubber. A carabiner, which is often included in the package with expanders, or an ordinary fox loop will suffice. Thanks to this, you can strengthen each side of the body separately and thus better concentrate on the correct execution of the exercises.
