The ergonomic barbell HMS CK10 consists of an iron casting covered with neoprene. It is pleasant to the touch and, thanks to the pleasantly shaped handle, it is good for exercising with dumbbells. The closed shape and the ergonomic, gripping part of the barbell directly predestined for aerobic exercises, when the normally shaped barbell slides and falls out of the palm.
