DBX BUSHIDO MG-3R fang-themed mouth guard is made of EVA body and HydraGEL insert.
HydraGEL is a modern material used for the production of professional protectors, which softens by approx. 40% more than a classic protector made of silicone, this property makes it easier and faster to form and the subsequent use of the protector is more comfortable. HydraGEL also better copies the shape of the teeth and the protector holds better.
EVA is a material similar to rubber, which has a much longer life and provides high protection of the teeth and jaw during impact after being bitten.
The rear part of the protector is equipped with surfaces that facilitate the seating of the protector and further prevent it from moving. In the front part there are channels for easy breathing.

Procedure for forming the protector:
1) the protector is approx. put in boiling water for 60 seconds
