DBX BUSHIDO DMG-5402 Champion teeth guard

The DBX BUSHIDO DMG-5402 Champion mouthguard is made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), which is characterized by excellent formability and shock absorption. The DMG-5402 model has a sandwich construction consisting of 2 parts, each with a different TPE hardness.
- the inner layer is softer, has greater elasticity, is better shaped and at the same time guarantees a precise fit on the teeth.
- the outer, hard "frame" ensures the shape stability of the protector and distributes the energy from the impact, thus serving as the 2nd level of protection against damage to the teeth.

An additional, reinforced zone in the bite area better absorbs blows to the chin, during which there is a strong impact of the lower jaw on the upper jaw. Additional damping reduces the risk of damage and knocking out teeth.

Procedure for forming the protector:
1) the protector is approx. 45 seconds put in boiling water
2) the protector for approx. put in cold water for 1 second
3) the protector is placed on the upper teeth and pressed with the thumbs
4) to fix the shape, put the protector either in cold water or for a few seconds in the freezer
After successful molding, it should hold the guard separately on the teeth, if the guard falls, the procedure is repeated.
