The starting block for training and competition purposes Merco Catapult consists of a 64 cm long and 10 cm wide body made of high-quality aluminum alloy with twenty grooves for horizontal adjustment of the aluminum pedals, which, using a click spring system, allow the adjustment of up to seven tilt positions. Firm, ergonomically shaped treads with four-point attachment are fitted with durable rubber with anti-slip grooves. The complete Merco Catapult launch block weighs 4.7kg and is suitable for all artificial athletic surfaces, providing an ideal base for twelve 8mm long stainless steel spikes for perfect stability of this block during a sharp launch.
