Biceps support MARBO MS-A101 2.0 is an addition to benches from the Semi-Pro series, which have a stem for installing extension adapters.
Thanks to the MS-A101 2.0 prayer table, isolated exercises for the arm muscles - especially the biceps and triceps - can be performed on the bench without having to invest in separate equipment. This is an adapter that will suit both beginners and advanced users.

The construction of the adapter is made of a steel profile, to which hooks for placing the barbell are screwed. Thanks to the hooks, you can first sit in the working position and only then grab the barbell. So you don't have to maneuver the barbell in your hands in a complicated way or bend over to lift the barbell from the floor. If you don't use the hooks, they can be easily removed. The support itself consists of a rough board and a high layer of dense foam. The cover material is very strong and tear-resistant. The height of the support can be adjusted to 5 levels. The maximum carrying capacity of the adapter is 150 kilograms.
