The HMS BE5856 trainer is a treadmill designed for home use.

The large running surface measuring 48 x 141 cm is placed on a structure that is suspended from the main frame by means of an internal "pillow" and two external shock absorbers, these are made of rubber in the shape of honeycombs. The functional suspension system ensures comfort during training and significantly reduces the load on the joints.

The speed of the tread is continuously adjustable in the range of 1 - 18 km/h. The BE5856 belt is therefore suitable for both complete beginners and advanced runners. For really demanding training, the trainer is equipped with electronic tilt regulation in the range of 0 - 15° and can be smoothly adjusted using the buttons on the control panel.

The control console is equipped with 2 handles for a quick grip, 2 handles with electrodes for measuring heart rate, a place to store a bottle, a stand for a mobile phone or tablet, a keyboard and a monitor.

The keyboard is equipped with Start, Stop, Program, Mode buttons. In addition, there is a flywheel for a smooth change of speed and a step change of speed to 3, 6, 9, or 12 km/h, and a row above there are buttons for a stepless change of the angle of the running surface and buttons for a step change of the angle to 3, 6, or 9° .

The BE5856 trainer computer is equipped with a 7" monitor that displays all information (training time, speed, angle, distance, calories burned and heart rate). The computer can also display body fat percentage. There are 36 available for training fixed and 3 user-defined programs. It is possible to raise the running surface of the trainer and thus save precious space when you are not training.
