The NILS Camp CBT7204 Defender Backpack is an ideal choice for all casual hikers and nature lovers.
The material used to make the Defender Backpack is a highly durable nylon that is resistant to rain and water up to a water column height of 1000 mm.
The Defender model has a total of 4 chambers with a total volume of 30 liters. All chambers are equipped with a two-way zipper. The main compartment has a zip around almost the entire perimeter and can be opened completely for convenient access, the lid of the compartment is equipped with a mesh pocket that can fit, for example, a tablet. The middle compartment contains the main compartment for e.g. documents and a map, there are also 2 pockets on the wall of the compartment for e.g. pencils, pens, a compass or a flashlight. The front, upper compartment is designed for smaller items such as a power bank or mobile phone. In addition to the main compartment, the front lower compartment also offers another series of pockets for small items. On the back there is another flat pocket with Velcro.
The padded mesh back is equipped with the NILS Vent system, which ensures air circulation between the backpack and the back, thus reducing sweating. The comfortable, padded straps are adjustable in length and height. On the upper side we find a comfortable handle for carrying the backpack in hand. There are 3 compression straps on the backpack, by pulling them down you can reduce the volume of the luggage and at the same time reduce the pressure exerted on the seams and zippers if the backpack is full. The vertical compression strap has an eyelet for hanging accessories such as a flasher. There is an elastic loop around the perimeter of the backpack that can be used to attach accessories such as trekking poles, a flashlight, a knife with a buckle... To better distribute the load, the Defender backpack is equipped with a chest and waist belt.
