1. Selection of goods

The goods on our website are classified into four large categories, which consist of further subcategories and groups according to the types of products. Each product has its own photo and is described in more detail so that the customer can get as much information as possible about the features and functions of the given product.

You can find the desired product in the e-shop by scrolling through the menu - clicking on individual categories, or by using the search bar at the top of the page, where you enter the name of the product.

If you decide between several offered products, you can add the selected goods to the comparator. It is located in the upper right corner of the page, or just click on "Add to comparison" for the selected product. In the comparator, you can evaluate the goods according to various parameters and finally decide on the one that suits you best.

Notice: When adding goods that we do not currently have in stock to the basket, the system will notify you of the nearest availability of the goods. If you still want to put the goods in the basket and order, you must expect a longer delivery time. If you have any questions, consult our telephone line, which you can find in contacts.

 

2. Ordering goods

Place the product of your choice in the basket. After that, you can go back to shopping for other goods, or you can click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. In the Shopping basket, it is possible to modify the order - remove goods from the basket or change its quantity.

In the next step of the order, choose the shipping and payment method. If you are shopping with us for the first time, you can either continue as an unregistered customer or register for our loyalty program. If you are already a registered customer, just log in to your account.

The last step to making an order is to confirm and send it.

 

3. After sending the order

After you send the order, within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order in our system to the e-mail you entered.

 

4. Delivery of goods

The ordered goods, if we currently have them in stock, will arrive within 1-2 working days. You have several options for how we deliver your order:

Transport e-sportshop.cz: We will choose the best and most reliable carrier in your region. We choose between PPL, DPD, GLS and WEDO.
(If you choose e-sportshop.cz shipping, shipping is free from an order value of 800 CZK.)

Common choice of carrier: DPD, PPL, GLS, Zásilkovna or WEDO

Transport e-sportshop.cz oversize: Transport intended for the transport of oversized shipments. You need to choose a carrier in your region that will be able to deliver the oversized shipment.

5. Acceptance of shipment

When receiving the shipment, check its condition. In the event of any suspicion of damage to the packaging and contents of the shipment, you have the right, if you decide to take over the shipment, to record the discovered facts in the delivery protocol of the carrier, or to unpack and check the shipment in the presence of the driver. If you refuse to accept the shipment due to damage, again record the reason for your decision in the delivery protocol. If you confirm to the driver that you have received the flawless shipment, you cannot make a claim for this title later.

If you received different goods than you ordered, proceed further according to the instructions in the Complaints section.

 

6. Payment of goods

You can pay for the goods in several ways. If you pick up the goods at the branch in České Budějovice, you can pay directly on the spot (in cash or by card). If you have chosen delivery by carrier, you have the following payment options:

By bank transfer - after completing the order, we will send you a payment order and after crediting the money to the account, we will send the goods.
By payment card - payment takes place online using the payment gateway, after deducting the money from your card, we send the goods. We accept payments by Visa, Electron, Master Card, Maestro and Dinner's Club payment cards.
Cash on delivery - after receiving and confirming the order, we will send the goods and you will pay for them only upon receipt.

After the money is credited to our account, we will send the shipment. Each order is sent together with a tax document, which also serves as a document in the event of a claim, return or exchange of goods. The goods remain the property of the operator until full payment.
