The MS-A102 2.0 adapter from MARBO Sport is intended for use with benches from the Semi-Pro series - for example, with the MS-A102 2.0 bench.
The construction of the adapter is made on CNC machines from a steel profile of 40 x 40 millimeters, this is a guarantee of high quality and the resulting capacity of the adapter is 120 kilograms. The MS-A102 2.0 is height adjustable to 3 positions, the foam rollers under the knees can be adjusted to 2 levels, and the upper and lower foot stops are also adjustable to 3 levels using a screw with a large, ergonomically shaped head. The stoppers are equipped with rollers made of EVA foam, which keeps its shape even during intensive training, the rollers are also comfortable and increase the comfort of the triple. The weight is loaded onto a 21 centimeter long mandrel with a diameter of 25 millimeters and it can accommodate discs with a maximum diameter of 36 centimeters.
The MS-A102 2.0 adapter enables the training of pre-kicking in a sitting position, and if the backrest can be folded flat on the bench, then with the adapter you can also train pre-kicking while lying on your back and digging in while lying on your stomach.
