For maximum safety, the package includes an additional sleeve with a pin that limits the movement of the handlebars to 40°, so there is no risk of pulling off the steering wheel and tipping the scooter over. After replacing the sleeve, the range of rotation of the handlebars is limited only by the step. Once your child gains confidence in riding, the HLB202 scooter can be converted into a classic scooter. The handlebars are height adjustable. The grips on the handlebars are made of rubber for a secure grip. The ends of the grips are equipped with "bubbles", which prevent the palm from slipping off the grip and at the same time protect the palm when, for example, a child hits an obstacle with the handlebars - for example, the facade of a house.
